This app is a ripoff.

I mistakenly signed up for this useless app, contacted Nutritrack, and they refused to give me a refund. It’s useless and way too expensive! Most other nutrition apps are higher quality. Do not waste your money on this app!

Error Canceled

ErrorCanceled

I downloaded the app and even payed for my months subscription, but it won’t let me put in any personal information. I’ve gotten an error that just says “error canceled” every time I try. I’ve tried 2 different WiFi networks as well as my LTE data. What’s the point of tracking calories if you don’t know how much I weigh or if I am a male or female or how old I am ?

Cool concept just needs some work!

This app should be on everyone’s phones. Calorie counting is completely unimportant if you’re not also making sure you’re getting your proper minerals and nutrients daily. For that reason I love to use this app to find which nutritional gaps are showing up daily so that I can supplement them. My only issue is the app can be buggy. Images don’t always work, the search function is full of processed and labeled foods but I eat a paleo diet so finding whole ingredients on the search function can be difficult. Especially if you don’t word things in the specific way the app wants. My other issue is I’m trying to switch to a vegan diet so it would be cool if the suggestions for which foods to eat could reflect foods I can actually eat. I’ve tried switching my lifestyle info in the app and my weight and birthday but I always get an error message. If they could tweak some things this app would be a knockout. Once it starts functioning better I will start suggesting it to all my friends who come to me for nutrition advice.

Doesn’t work.

The app seems okay, however the website doesn’t work, there’s no technical support to contact for cancellation, and I cannot enter my personal information because it says “error”

App is an important tool but needs fixing

Cassie425

I use it to track my micronutrients since food labeling isn’t required to show more than basic requirements. It’s a helpful tool in that regard. On the other hand, because the app doesn’t list many of the foods I use, I’ve had to add in my own custom food. And the problem is that for about a month now, it won’t permit me to add foods. Very frustrating.

I can’t even create an account

Relsis

Fill out the info and it just says Cancelled. Whatever that means.

Put up with it for a year, but

This app has some great features but the recipes get all buggy if you go ack to edit them. Also the suggestion cards started to populate with no picture about 3 months ago. I updated but everything is the same. 60 bucks is a lot for a company that rarely does significant updates. I decided not to renew because of this.

Couldn’t open the app

After downloading when I tried to create an account, I kept getting a “cancelled” message. I tried logging in with Facebook and got an error that said the app was still in development and I needed to be a registered test user.

BROKEN, UNUSABLE

rainbow brigade

trash. Facebook signup throws error, email signup automatically cancels. Unusable, embarassing this is available for download just to waste users’ time. I was looking forward too it, too. Hope this gets fixed ASAP
