I like the layout, very nice modern look, the only thing I dont like is that there is no explanation to the right answer, it would be nice to have the explanation as to why that is the right answer not just a word.

Nursing questions are historically multiple choice. These quizzes are boring and unchallenging. The answers are lengthy and almost impossible to get right. Obviously not developed by s nurse. Waste of money.

Guys I was terrified going into our first med/surg test In the RN program. I bought this app, and played with it nonstop. I got an 86 on that test! This app is soooo good. I don't even write reviews, and I had to make it a point to write one. Best $5-10 dollars I've EVER spent! It has sooo many questions and is broke up into different areas so you can pick which spot your on right now in class! Awesome!

Most of the medical information appears correct. Unfortunately, there are numerous spelling errors, and the legal section has some content errors.

This app was a waste of money. The answers are not multiple choice and it doesn't explain why the answer is right. Not a good study tool for me:(

No multiple choice, no rationales and hardly any options. Not worth the amount paid! I would probably pay 99 vent for this as a back up to something else, just for some fresh questions..but even then I would have to be desperate. Add some more options, rationales and multiple choice and I'll change my review!

Needs updating

Very upset, I have Med Surg 1, and 2. I can’t use them because it needs to be updated to the iOS 11.
