It’s such a great app to keep track of my work schedule BUT it would be 5 stars if we can change the color for different shifts so it would be color coded instead of having to click into the day to see what shift it is!

Very useful. Love the interactive nature of it: can see coworkers schedules also which is helpful in looking to swap shifts. Can specify days on your calendar you are off, on vacation, taking education classes, working different shifts than your usual set shift. Only thing I wish could change is to make shifts where I've added little notes to (like if I came in early/stayed late/did OT/etc) more visible. Can only see the note if I tap the individual day, not viewable from the general calendar overview. Also would like to be able to change colors of extra shifts I worked so they're easier to tell apart at first glance from my usual ahifts.

My schedule is literally just one tap away. When you open the app you month is highlighted with the work days. It allows for quick easy planning for out of work fun!!

Absolutely love this app! I use it so frequently and it’s so much easier to use than my iPhone calendar. The only reason I give it four stars is because I would like to see an option to add a note to certain days, for example, to note who you’ve picked up for that day, the name of a specific class you’re taking, etc. Even without that option, I am still in love with it!

I love this app and just how easy it is to use. I love being able to keep up with my schedule for multiple work sites. The features are great and it’s very reliable. While my current hospital doesn’t use it, I think NurseGrid Manager would be an awesome addition to any manager’s scheduling needs.

Great in (almost) every way

Love the app, makes it so easy to track my “dream” schedule and my actually schedule. I also love the fact that I can see which of my friends are working on the days that I’m scheduled. My two things keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that it does not work offline or over slower connections, and that I can’t really customize and personal events. Other than that, I keep telling all my nurse friends about it!

Let's face it now a days everyone has their phone with them 24/7!!! So why not use this awesome tool when you are making appointments, lunch dates, or just need to see who is working with you on a certain day? Love this easy way to remember my days off.
