To beat each level you have to create islands that don’t break the water flow, at the same time islands’ sizes need to match the numbers marked on them. Watch out for sharks! They look for 2x2 areas, but they can’t be around your islands.
There are novice, medium and expert levels, try to discover the unique solution to each of them!

Needs way to mark water

I love nurikabes, but without a third way to mark squares, it is pretty useless. There is no way to mark a square as known as water. As this little improvement and it would probably be 5 stars.

This is great for my students' spacial sense. They get to have fun, but have to think to do it.
