Keeps asking for a subscription, but I already have one that is current. Last update was 4 months ago. Don’t waste your money until this is fixed.

After reading about this app, I bought it and placed some pictures in it. About 3 weeks later I purchased the annual subscription. Then days later the app when I log in shows the purchase screen and will not let me close it to view pictures. It will let me send code to friends and that is it. It shuts down or doesn’t react when I do anything else. I have reached out to the email they provide for customer service 3 times now with no response. I am now screwed as I moved pics over to this app and can’t get access.. hope they can figure it out. I will update if they ever respond..
