Questionable accuracy

Have used the app a few times and had a huge fail tonight. App said no wait and when we arrived it was 30-45 min. Talking to the hostess they said it was steady all night and the wait has been consistent. Either the app is not updating or the restaurant is not.
Crashed and then just didn’t work after that

Had such a disappointing experience w No wait this morning. As my family and I left for brunch, we tried to get in line via no wait. The app crashed - wouldn’t even find the restaurant, which it had previously. Once it seemed to correct itself, after 15 minutes, we then could not get a place in line. The message ‘could not hold place’ just kept coming up. And now we are at our brunch destination, waiting an hour. First world problems for sure but come on.... The app let us down.

Had to wait 30 mins to 1 hr at neighborhood jam and hatch. I don't understand the use of this app then.

This app has been great for me. Even if the restaurant I’m looking up isn’t on NOWAIT it still gives me the directions and phone number so I can call to see if the have a sign in wait list. This app has been great!
Misleading app

I live right in the middle of the city with 10 million people and I’m surrounded by literally thousands of restaurants, but I can only find a few on here that actually use this app. That’s 15 minutes I’ll never get back.
Why Do Yo Have To Access My Contacts

I really don’t like that this app forced me to allow No Wait to access my contacts on my phone. There is no reason for that at all.

And we were told to our table would be ready in 5 minutes, 5 minutes passed I got the phone call my table was ready and I waited at the host table. When I got to the front they told me I had gotten bumped because I waited too long to grab my table. I was behind a large party that took up time with the host. Now I’ve had to wait an extra 25 minutes and still have not been seated. If you’re a restauranteur looking too use this app train our staff on it. Waste of my time and data could’ve just checked in normally.

The app is ok, it’s hasn’t been updated in several months ...really wish it was updated more frequently as it has potential, we use it on occasion but as others have mentioned you can go from 10th in line to your table being ready in just a few seconds so you better be sure you are actually close to the restaurant
App Doesn’t Give Clear Usage Directions

App did not give clear directions to check in with host upon arrival. Wasted 30 minutes waiting until we figured it out ourselves. There should be a tutorial for new users or a prompt to check in.
