So, I was having the same problems as all the other people that have this a 1 star review but once I deleted the app and reinstalled it everything was back to normal! While the app doesn't WOW me it is a really cool idea and I haven't seen a lot of other apps that aggregate info into popular places in the same way. In short, it's cool and it's a keeper! Check it out.
Wrong location

It keeps saying I'm in Las Vegas. I have wifi on so location accuracy shouldn't be a problem. 3 stars because it used to be an awesome app. Now I can't use it.

The Membership
I live in Oregon. Okay, so that's not New York City or Paris. Oddly enough a lot of people don't live in big cities, and yet we have activities, sports, news, and events. Just like the big guys. But not according to this app. If you ain't in Big Town, don't bother with Now. It won't go well for you. But I see potential. What if we could tap on the map and peek inside the happenings there? That would be cool. Or what if we could search for tags? Cool too. Or save a list of tags and locations? Cooler still. Maybe that's the future. But the now of the Now app is enough for me to say never. At least, not yet. I'll check Now again later.

Every time I tap on a picture to enlarge it, a different picture opens. It becomes impossible to open a picture I want.

"Now" seems like a really great app and I love the design but it's not set up in my location -Honolulu. I was only able to creep around LA to check out the app. Show the islands some love!

If it worked, it'd be great. Upon opening it says there are no events in my area yet it can't even find my area. I live in Miami so there are PLENTY events and people to work with here.

What a waste. This app could be brilliant, but instead - "sorry, we couldn't find any events in your area" - will waste your time. We only get one life - don't waste any of yours on this app.
