Looks like the UI and the interactivity was designed to irritate than please. Very amateurish. Also the whole performance thing is suspect and patchy, not unlike its competing apps in UAE. Long way to go...

I go to cinemas every week. You're missing out a lot just because the experience of your app is very low. Have a look at Vox app for example. Just browsing the app makes me want to buy ticket. Update: you actually upgraded the app :) much better and faster now. Love the new profile and booking manage section. Only the session time 5 minutes is too short.
