Help NOVEC Operations by taking and sending photos of damage you see on the system such as downed lines (ALWAYS from a safe distance!), graffiti on transformers, or broken streetlights right from your phone.
This free app is intended to provide extra convenience and information to our customers. During extreme weather or emergency situations we encourage customers to utilize all available communication methods to report outages and receive up-to-date restoration information. We also provide local news media with information as well.

The app did work but now with the recent update it does not work, it has a message that pops up saying that the data can’t be uploaded. I’m trying to pay my bill and now have to go through so many unnecessary extra steps. I will also have to pay the extra fee to pay my bill with credit card online because the app doesn’t work. Fix this app NOVEC, DO BETTER!

Is there another app, I had a message that this app is no long available. I uninstalled this app and than reinstalled the app and it said the same thing this app is no longer available.

The company that brings us a power failure about once a month has expanded its sphere of incompetence. The app has been saying, “THIS APP IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE” for a few days now. Congratulations to NOVEC for this “accomplishment.” I’ve been using iOS for over ten years and have never encountered this message before. It’s long past time for the bumbling, lazy and self-entitled leadership of this company to be canned. They’re nothing more than an old boys club ripping off their customers’ hard earned money.

1. Login states it wants user name, but wants email. 2. My account only provides history, can't go change phone number. 3. Outage show my neighborhood experiencing outage, but 'my account' states 'no outage'

After you enter your password and try to access one of the features, it takes you to a microscopic account page, where you click on a link and then get a error message. Useless.
Great coop, the app, not so much

I love being a NOVEC Coop customer. It's rare to find such a friendly reliable energy company in today's energy economy so that's a plus. (Even if their promotion of sustainable energy, solar, renewables, etc. is rather bland for 2016) I wish I knew how to code as I would voluntarily develop an updated app that brings this really poorly designed and poorly implemented app out of 2009 time warp.
