By Far The Absolute Best

D-Leerious

This app is the most amazing task and schedule creater I have ever encountered. Completely customizable, easy to use, flawless, flexible for any need, lots of fantastic features. Should have won many awards by now but flies under the radar.

How Have I Not Written a Review for This App Yet?!

Big Hoss 7

I am dumbfounded as to why I haven’t written a review for this amazing app yet!! It is by FAR my most used app in my phone/desktop!!!! It’s completely changed my life!!! Made school so much easier! Shot my grades back up through the roof! Organized all of my other learnings and interests! I can’t say enough about this app! It does just about everything I would want in a note taking app! And blows Evernote completely out of the water!!!!!!!! No more getting frustrated trying to group notes together (as in Evernote) and losing track of where notes are stored. If you enjoy spending hours organizing tags and folders then Evernote is for you... but if not... I highly recommend giving Notion a try! And not just the app... but Brian, Ivan and Lillie are all awesome at responding to requests and answering any questions you may have!! Honestly.... I’d give this app 10 stars if I could!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Update: I was curious about what the negative reviews were about and they all seem to talk about some kind of freezing they were experiencing last year. The freezing issues must have been corrected by now because I have had zero problems with freezing and I use all versions of this app (desktop/iPad/iPhone) religiously on the daily! And seriously... if you run into any issues, Brian, Ivan, and Lillie are all great at responding to your concerns in the support chat!

My new favorite app

Kusaiashi

I can’t believe I hadn’t heard of Notion until just recently. It’s the most impressive workplace app I’ve ever used. And this iOS app is incredible. The user experience is consistent across web, Mac, and iOS, and it’s always buttery smooth. Well done!

Powerful potential....but woefully weak in basic settings

johyongil

First off, let me not waste your time; this app is crazy powerful and has the potential to be a game changer when it comes to organizing your life into one app. That much is clear. However, when it comes to tweaking the experience to fit your needs or change settings that you didn’t quite understand at first, it is horrendous. For example, one of the only questions the app asks during setup is what domain would you allow to join your list without an invitation. Once you set it, it doesn’t seem to allow you to delete, add, or edit it in any way, which is really odd. If this option is there, it doesn’t make itself easy to find. While the feature of popping into a page without invite itself can allow for easy flow, the ability to segregate your lists between groups could really be helpful to separate personal lists from work groups, or even from work group to work group. All in all, extremely powerful and clean and well executed in the basic function and core idea of the app, however, if you want to tweak the experience or segregate your account into different compartments, this app is found wanting and woefully inadequate.

Freezing

I’m really impressed by what the web site and app can do, but after using the app for 24 hours I now just see the splash screen and...that’s it. Frozen indefinitely. At least the web site still works...

All-in-One Project Management

Grant Wiggins

I don’t know how I haven’t used this app for longer. I do tons of projects in my free time and I have school, and this app is a huge help. For my projects, I can easily create a new page and plan the whole thing with notes and data. In school, I can use it to manage those projects and even take notes on lessons. I can share the workspace with my friends, so we can have a school notes wiki. If you ever have a question, their email support is great with almost instant replies and friendly, helpful people. This app deserves ever bit of the five stars I’m giving it. I would recommend it for employees, students, and anyone looking for a way to plan.

Hopeful future

Jonesy_Lee

Installed app in my continued search to organize my chaotic life. So far, I’m impressed (and slightly more organized than this morning). Ability to quickly create and configure nearly any kind of list or quick database for knowledge share is superb.

Love the desktop app, but the mobile could use better performance

Healthledger

I have an old phone, an iPhone 6 running iOS 11, and it takes a whole minute to startup. The app is easy to use and it’s great, but without good performance, it’s almost useless to use. Really hope it’s optimized in the future.
