No Customer Service , No Tech Support, It lost all my data

Spent 3 days cutting and pasting 40 years of notes and passwords into upword from Google Docs. That was originally from a non compatible APP with IOS 11 called Memos. A company that doesn’t respond to phone calls or email probably a defunct company. The Data disappeared after 1 day. I have no idea if it’s recoverable since no Customer Service or tech support. Don’t waste your money on this App.

There’s a bit of a learning curve, for myself at least. I love that you can change the fonts and use color coded folders for different things. I’m trying to figure out how to delete a couple of empty folders I thought would be needed. Maybe instead of deleting them, they’re supposed to be renamed?

This is my favorite app to write to do lists or whatever I want to jog down for memory like recipes!
This app teases everything!

This app is horrible! I was using the free version and for some reason it kept forcing me to restore which then charged me 5.99! And ALL of my notes were erased! They were erased when I connected the app to drop box! This app stinks!
