Password use is horrible!!!!

I did love the password setup on the files. However, twice now I've had to delete the app because it regets my password, even though I haven't changed what it was, and I get NO help (from the send email for forgot password) in trying to reset it. PLUS ITS STUCK ON THAT PASSWORD PAGE. So I can't even go back to any of my other files. I refuse to buy this app again!

When I upgraded my iPhone, I retrieved my previous version of this app from the Cloud. I thought this was great until I realized that the app had forgotten my password and without it, I cannot access anything, including the notes that were not locked. I have attempted to retrieve my password, but the only option for that does not seem to be working.

This app is useless, it is just a cuter version of the Notes app that comes with the iPhone, it does not sync to the lock screen and wouldn't even send the picture to my camera roll

I recently updated my iPhone and transferred my apps, and the password function is locking me out. This has not happened before. This would also be a survivable glitch if the 5 emails I have sent for password recovery would have been answered. I am frustrated! I love this app and am sad I can't access it!

Latest update wipe-out!!

Don't update the latest version!! It was a great app that I used a lot. After the update on 7/7/15, all my tabs are gone!!! Sure wish I had not updated!

Messed up app

Crazy on July

I just updated my app and most of my tabs with important information disappeared. What am I supposed to do now. Even in this new version I made a new tab and locked it and it's stuck in position asking me if I'm the owner to use my finger tab or cancel and what ever I do it just comes back to the same screen. This app is messed up and it messed me up as well.
