Beware: New Ads make app unbearable

Unclear why a paid app would suddenly start displaying intrusive and disruptive game ads! I used to like this app due to the aesthetic of the UI and how easily I was able to organize my notes. Now I am working on transferring my data to another app without ads or disruptions. Developer, please take note(‘d)!

I can’t open the app anymore more. All my info is stored in the app. I had it saved in Dropbox but now it shows that it’s not saved in Dropbox. I don’t know what to do know. I don’t want to delete the app and lose all my info. When I click into the app it turns black and kicks me out. Like it’s trying to open but it doesn’t. I used to love this app. ???

it’s too bad they ruined an awesome app(one i’ve used for years) with ads. i would’ve appreciated a heads up and woulda paid to not have loud and annoying ads.

A powerful tool for organizing writing and ideas. But : But : But : I have already made the payment but the ads are constantly displayed while I am doing my work. And this is very bad.

This app used to be my go to. But after a current update now I have to watch an ad before I can do anything. Super annoying, I am now looking for something else.

Ads with no way to stop them

Recent changes seem to have brought in ads that won’t go away. I’d happily pay to remove ads from this app, but there’s no option to do so. I’m looking for an alternative notes solution, as I don’t care to see ads every time I do anything in the app. Without the ads, I say this is a 4-5 star app. With the ads, it’s mostly unusable.

I dont see an option to get rid of ads. I use this to jot quick notes but now suddenly i have to wait for ads to finish and its too late.

Why the ads when I spent money on app?

My wife and I have used this app for the last 3 years and we’ve absolutely loved it with the features and personalizations that are available. It’s a very useful tool. But why, after we purchased this app - WITH real money - are there now ads that pop up when I open the app, when I open/close a note, when I navigate through my settings, etc??? I get that ads are a source of funding for the developers, but if someone spends money on an app, they should not have to deal with annoying ads. If the app is not showing good enough revenue, then maybe they should consider having a “free download” with the option to pay for an ad free experience like every other app on the App Store. To make it worse, there was no notification/update regarding this change. I have read many more reviews from other people with the same issue. All are ignored by Suxxexx (the developer) because they do not even respond to the complaints -and I’m sure mine will also be ignored. Suxxexx needs to make this right and start communicating with the people that are unhappy with this unannounced change.

Used for years and loved it...not so much now with all the long ads! I will be switching to something else unless they develop a way to opt out of the ads.
