iOS: Tap on the selected text and tap on the menu that is revealed

Select the text you want to change the sizes
Tap the "A" button beside "tag" and select your preferred size

Sharing

Open "Messages" and tap on the NoteBook icon and tap on the note to send
-In app
Slide right or long press(Haptic Touch) the note and tap the share button
