Note lets you do this by generating a temporary wallet that the receiver can scan in order to download the app and claim the Notes.
The temporary wallet can be sent as a .jpg in text, email, and chat/social apps.
You can also print out the temporary wallet to carry with you, and give to people in your daily lives, and they don't need to have the app or even their phone with them.
Just take the Note and scan it at their convenience!
