The VPN seems a little slow connecting at times but it’s very much worth the wait time if just to ease your mind if you’re forced to use public WiFi. A perfect example was during a long stretch I was forced to take in a hospital..

I bought this app for $29.99 because it says that it works with the family sharing an up to 6 devices..An this is not true..I have cheated with them online An also talked over the phone..They say it’s apples fault since I bought it though the App Store..I’ve never had a problem or bees miss lead by an app I have bought though the App Store.. Really $29.99 for one device are you serious..Then they want me to pay another $39.99 for multiple devices..I would have done that if I could just pay the difference or if they would have refunded my money.. But THEY NEED TO DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO.. If it’s not fixed I will NOT be renewing that’s for sure.. Beside that app works great but only for one device for $29.99 So watch when u buy this app..!! Thanks

If your device times out or you put it to sleep, it loses the VPN connection. When you wake it up, you are forced to log in with ID, password, and 2-factor verification if another device on your account has VPN on. My iPad will then attempt repeatedly to reconnect until I open the Norton app, turn it off, and then relog on. My advice - don’t plan to use this with multiple devices. Buying a subscription for each device might work, but that’s rewarding Norton for putting a product on the market that doesn’t do what they said it would.

I was forced to use this with a free WiFi, then I forgot to cancel after a month so I paid for an annual subscription and can’t get a refund. Norton is nice trying to help but the subscription is through Apple and they can’t do anything. If this vpn works for you that’s great. It does not work for me unfortunately.

I downloaded this app a few months ago, worked great the first day I downloaded it, but since that 1 day, it will not connect. The app just stays in a constant state of “insecure network, can not connect” and is just useless. I paid for a year subscription and everything just for an app where you can push a button and nothing happens. If I wanted a false button app this app would be spot on and couldn’t be more happy, but that is not why I purchased this app now is it.... I love your PC software, but this thing so far on my iPhone is pure garbage, sorry, sad but true..

I have enjoyed using the Norton antivirus software on my iPad 2 (which is up there in service years) and have found a trustworthy product for my family's use and protection from ad trackers (mainly). I know when we are protected when I can see the VPN symbol at the top of the screen. Thank you for providing this product.
