And tech support was worthless. Made me sit on hold for several minutes while trying to give me refund. I eventually had to hang up to call Apple which still hasn’t happened yet.

This app has a lot of potential; however, it does not work consistently. It's always disconnecting itself. If not fixed soon, I'm going to pay for something better. It's makinge doubt my security on my PC which I pay for. Plz fix

Norton VPN seems to work as advertised, when it’s connected. Here in lies the biggest problem with this application, staying connected. It constantly drops out and fails to re-connect automatically. Definitely room for a lot of improvement.

When I first wrote my review, it failed to connect at least 95% of the the time, which was incredibly frustrating, and rendered the product essentially useless. The connection issue was resolved shortly thereafter, and it works like a champ now. I still don’t do risky things on public WiFi, but I feel much more secure knowing it’s there.

I really wanted Norton’s Privacy for use when I used a public WiFi. I’m a fan of Norton’s and highly trust them. Problem is that it won’t connect to public WiFi. I’ve tried repeatedly to get it to work. I tried at the hospital and it just kept trying to connect but wouldn’t. I tried at several department stores and it says I’m not connected to the internet, but I check and I am. I retry and it says the same thing. The only place I can get it to connect is on my own private network. I considered keeping it in hopes that a fix would come through but decided to unsubscribe. It would be my number one choice but unfortunately it is not going to work for me. I use an iPhone. Hopefully others will have better luck. The interface is easy and straight forward. I really wanted to like it.
