Keeps trying to charge for a subscription

Tried 6 times to register my purchase and it kept sending me back to the signin screen. Can’t seem to access the app to do any scans at all. Have used norton for a long time and this is very disappointing. Guys, fix your app.

I sent your company a message before the free cutoff deadline to have this app disconnected from my phone & was still charged! I don’t want or need this app & would like my refund & be disconnected From this site ASAP!!! Your company is charging me for something I’m not interested in!!!
VPN security is a joke

App asks you to use VPN for internet security. You feel protected. Great! Now try to open safari on WiFi. Oh hell yeah, VPN makes sure that you won’t be able to open safari and go on web. Definitely the best way to protect. No internet, no threat. Problem solved. Unless you disable VPN, or switch off WiFi and then use your mobile data. Also VPN makes sure that even YouTube doesn’t work. Uninstalled within few hours of installing.

Been using Norton products since 1990s and always found them to be the best. But since the latest updates (~week ago) I can’t get rid of the message # app badge DESPITE having turned it off in ios settings. All parameters check out on app’s scans just fine and can’t locate any actual messages in/on app pages, all updates of system fine, have newest app update, etc, but that annoyng “1” on the app on my home screen simply won’t go away. The real problem is that I can’t contact Norton Support or Error Report in any way, when fill out error report the pageshows “send” greyed out, so I can never actually contact anyone!

I love this app. I feel safe and secured every time I go online and use the web. Accuracy on blocking malicious sites and malware.

This app is terrible; it completely blocks access to all web-related features (I.e. email, Siri and safari web searches, Netflix, Prime, social media (Facebook, etc.)). I get that this app is supposed to protect from viruses and from hacker attacks, etc., but it won’t let me complete simple tasks! It blocks everything. I end up needing to turn off VPN just to complete a task or check an email.
