I adore this app! I go to college, and I feel unsafe a lot of the time. Just tonight I took a friend to the ER, and didn’t get home until 2:30 AM. I had to park far away, and this app gave me some security to know i was safe.

Cannot cancel subscription

The app will automatically charge you after a trial period. I have tried to cancel it and the page says there is an error so now I am stuck paying this fee that I didn’t know about and can’t cancel it. Terrible app.

I just relocated to a busy city and felt nervous having to navigate the streets alone. I’ve had Noonlight for about a week and love it! It’s so comforting to know that I’m not alone and that I can call for help the instant something happens. It’s comforting to be able to log my locations/timeline for the day and to pull out my button whenever I feel a little uneasy. For this wondering if Noonlight actually works, it does! My finger accidentally slipped off the button yesterday and I didn’t realize until it’s been over 10 seconds. Immediately I got a text from a Noonlight team member asking if I was okay and what my situation was. I quickly apologized and explained it was an accident. After entering my code, they called off the police dispatch. They were so kind the whole time, and really working hard to keep me safe! The next day, a Noonlight founder reached out just to check in since they had seen my alarm had gone off. They wanted to make sure I was doing okay and if I needed anything. I again explained it had been an accidental false alarm, but was blown away at the kindness and support. I hope I never have to really use the alarm, but if I do it works and the team is amazing. I’m recommending Noonlight to all my friends!!
