I really enjoyed the free puzzles. Unfortunately I just finished all available free packs. I clicked on the learn more about VIP button and there's a monthly charge of 4.99 and 'lifetime*' of 29.99. In game there was nothing that said this was a subscription however the star lead to fine print that talked about vague subscription details. I go to the game here and the 'lifetime' option is really YEARLY. In game it SPECIFICALLY says lifetime and one time payment yet I visit the page in the App Store and it's a yearly payment? Very much not ok. Putting it nicely, that's misleading your customers. Bluntly, it's theft. Fix the wording before someone who cares more than me decides to take legal action

When I first downloaded it, it was great. Now when I open the app the screen is zoomed in so I can’t click on anything!

I really enjoy this game however it tends to freeze right after it takes my energy so i have to restart the app. When i go back it has taken my energy but not unlocked the game. I have lost so much energy because of this. I also play on two devices and it happens on both of them. Very frustrating.

The newest update kept telling me there were two different saved data: on the phone and on the cloud. Every time I selected the one on the cloud, it would refresh and go back to the same screen asking which one to load. Finally I closed out of the screen and now it lost a month’s worth of finished puzzles.

I love this game but this new update took some of the free categories away? Why would that happen?

I really love this game, I look forward playing it every day with new puzzle. But with this new update when I try to sync my data from the cloud (because you have the 2 different option cloud or on the storage) it keeps rebutted and it won’t load with my save data. It’s really annoying because a whole calendar is empty. I went from from 38 crowns and having 1204 puzzles done to only have 37 crowns and 1152 puzzles done. Please fix this update. I don’t want to do any of the new puzzles because they won’t be on the cloud save and I would have to do them over again Would love to give this 5 stars but it’s getting 3 because they need to fix this update so I can play the right storage

I’ve been doing the daily puzzles everyday since the beginning of the year. After the update, it tells me I have 2 (almost identical) saved games. Every time I chose a game, it comes back to the loading screen, then it tells me I have 2 saved games. When I click the ‘X’ to close that window after an endless circle, it shows that I didn’t do any puzzles from last month. I can go back and do that but that’s a huge waste of time. This was a very simple, go to game for me, but after this, I will be asking for the month’s subscription I just bought back and will not being giving any money to this company again. Don’t put out an update if it doesn’t work!!

I really like this game and enjoy playing it, but after the most recent update, it showed that I had done of the daily puzzles, which I have done everyday for more than a month.

When I updated the app, all of my progress on the daily puzzles for July and August was lost. I tried reconnecting to Facebook, but that didn’t fix it.
