My last review was that by syncing my progress through Facebook I couldn’t open the app. That was fixed. However everything I had beaten at the time was erased and it took me back to the fist levels I was just asked if I am still having the problem. I am for those who will see this. Really upsetting because I had completed a large portion of the available levels

I absolutely love this game! The puzzles are challenging but not hard enough that you won’t figure it out. My only problem is the ads. I think the ad rate is just fine but sometimes I can’t close the ads and it interferes with the gameplay. Usually I have to close the app and reopen it but sometimes after that the ad is still there. I’m not sure if you personally can fix that but it might be something to work on! I loveeeee this game! Update: So now I’ll be playing the game and I’ll finish a level like normal and then hit continue and it will take away the amount of stars to play the next level. Then, like always, an AD pops up and there is no X button for me to close the AD. I have to force close the app as I stated before but the game then takes away more stars to play the level. I really need this to be fixed so I can play more levels and have the right amount of stars.. developers please see this!!

I love everything about the app except the fact that once I start playing a new game I have to use more energy if I want to leave it and then come back. Sometimes the game freezes at the add after I’ve decided to start a new game....so I had to use 8 energy for one puzzle.

I keep my phone on silent so I don’t bother the folks around me. I have background music and sound effects turned off in the game and yet several of the ads that pop up regularly are somehow overriding silent mode. It’s extremely annoying and I find myself scrambling for the little mute button at the top left corner of the ad. PLEASE FIX THIS. Other than that major annoyance, I really like the game. If you fix that, I’ll change my review to a 5. I’d also like to have an option that would turn off the pop up that keeps asking me if I want notifications. I don’t want them, I’ll never want them and I hate the fact that the pop up only gives me the option of turning them on or “Maybe Later”.

The game is fun, but not every puzzle is solveable

I played this game as much as I could, and have played several like this before. Quite a few of the puzzles are unsolvable without using a hint or guessing, which I don’t particularly care for. I’m all about a good challenge, but I don’t want to spend money on hints because the puzzle itself isn’t solvable without one.

I have played this game for a long time and then decided to buy the one time membership. In the last update it says that it is now an annual fee. Also, please take away the “charges” to open a new puzzle. This is a feature that was not needed. I don’t feel like I can play anytime now because you now charge per puzzle when I already paid for”VIP”. Please consider making some changes back to the old versions.

I get the company needs to make money, but you are already getting that from ads every time I finish a puzzle. Which now apparently, all new packs require VIP access. The only game I get is the daily one. I already competed the free sets and was hoping there’d be a new one to try.

Great game, but broken ads steal energy points

First off, I love this game. I seriously spend way too much time on it, and I’m not one that’s constantly on their phone. In fact, I’m the type that can easily go all weekend without looking at it. I don’t love the simple puzzles because they are way too simple, but once you get to the 16x16s it’s awesome and I’ll spend hours playing. ... that said, the ad logic need some serious work. I hit a random empty ad where the screen is just black, and am forced to close out the game and start over. Annoying. But even more annoying is that then when I click the puzzle again, I’m charged energy a second time! I can deal with having to close the app and restart, but the fact that I’m robbed energy drops my rating two full stars.

This game is awesome!There are no bugs or viruses so it’s fine to play.This game is very entertaining and very fun!Everyone should get this game!

I’ve had a subscription for months and months and I can’t access the “subscription” levels! I’ve contacted the developers twice already and still no fix. I’ve updated the app, my phone, everything. It’s a great game just don’t pay for anything on it because it won’t work!
