I have relied on this app for many years, especially during the storm seasons in North Texas. I appreciate the color renderings depicting storm intensity and direction … I appreciate the pink shadings for hail cores. It offers timely warnings to prepare and lessen property damage as much as possible. Thank you!
I only use the radar feature to check on incoming local rain and hurricanes (I’m in Florida). The radar is more detailed and (much) more accurately positioned than the WeatherUnderground radar view. I haven’t compared it to the NOAA weather radar whose site has recently been updated (6/15/2021). Plan to do so. Good weather radar resource.
While the base radar is fine, the SuperRes cuts out completely in some areas. I reinstalled and it does not work. Needs a bug fix or update.
Radar doesn’t always function. When it does it’s good, when it doesn’t it’s just another map
Over 2 years since the last update, and it’s still my go-to for the best radar. Unfortunately, it’s showing its age as being designed for older devices. Not improving the UI in all that time makes me fear that it’s an abandoned app, and there’s a tiling issue with the radar at some scale levels.
Really like the graphics and looping frequency etc. on this works really well. We are very close to Canada and wish it was more like radar North America rather than radar US
RadarUS+ has precise radar information that is valuable, reliable & easy to read, we have been using it for several years to plan our sailing events (regattas) & also before entering the redwood forests prior to foraging mushrooms, favorite feature 'SuperRes Radar' Hybrid mode on an iPad.
Been trying to contact support…. absolutely no reply from them whatsoever. This app quit showing snow and ice. I have used every instruction listed. Never had this problem before on either of my iPhones. I have two phones with different iOS versions and neither show the snow and ice anymore
