My dealer recommended this app... but my car isn’t even included. Only 2020 models, it appears.
Just a bunch of video that won’t even load

None of the videos would load for me. It said there was an error contacting the server or something like that.

None of the videos will load, so this app is a complete waste of time. Although after reading other comments, sounds like I’m not missing out on much.
Guide only for newer cars

Either update the media or state that the app doe not have older car information. 2015 and all I see is X

This app is worse than nothing at all. All videos indicate the format is not supported. Nissan should be ashamed of itself for even having such a useless app.

Used this app ONCE. Went back to it the next day and it said Server or network failed. And I could not use it. It was helpful that onetime.
Awesome until they release a new model

This was useful when I first bought my Rogue. Today I used it to check something and realized it now only shows videos for the new model. It would be awesome if it would let you pick your model year so the videos were related to your vehicle.
