Nirow will connect and fetch data from 4 popular services: Apple Health, Location, Fitbit & RescueTime. Then, it will automatically update your goals and check your habits off when you are done.

The reason behind Nirow’s motive comes from our Founder’s vision:
“I don’t want people, before they’re tired of keeping the habit, are already tired of opening the app and checking that habit off” - Peter.

We can see that vision very clearly in each core feature of NIrow:

1. AUTOMATIC TRACKING:

Nirow can track up to 40+ habits automatically, and endless manual habits. The free version lets you track as many habits as you wish.

Nirow is most useful to track health-related activities, from active ones (running, swimming, boxing) to static ones (sleeping). If you have a personal Health App, just connect it to Apple Health and all your statistics will be gathered in NIrow, too.

You can freely choose how to track your own habits, whether by the number of times you complete, the number of units you achieve, or by the location you visit. It will be tracked and logged right inside your pocket, at your permission, so you will not miss anything.

2. INSIGHTFUL & MOTIVATING GRAPHS:

Nirow provides our customers with super detailed, easy-to-understand charts, streaks, and progress. There is no better way to motivate yourself by looking at your productivity every now and then!.

The more graphs you have, the more opportunity for you to discover their relationships. For example: The number of gym time per week versus the rate of weight loss, or the hours of Facebook time before bed versus the hours of deep sleep...

Besides, there are other features that distinguishes it from traditional apps:

1. CALENDAR INTEGRATION

Users can now integrate Nirow with Apple Calendar. This helps them arrange habits and events to not overlap each other and have a true overview of what their days will look like.

2. NEW WAYS TO GROUP HABITS

Nirow provides 2 options to group habits: By habit status (completed/un-completed) & by Time of day (morning/afternoon/evening) with editable time range. Your habit list will be cleaner and more focused.

3. MULTIPLE & ACTIONABLE REMINDERS

Forget your habits? Nirow allows you to set multiple reminders to keep you productive throughout the day. You can check off, or even snooze that habit from the notification.

Crashes ?
Pomx2

The interface looks nice (I like the detailed graphs) BUT: - App crashes everytime I choose “Upgrade to premium” (iOS 13.1.2, never jailbroken) - The subscription price is quite high. There are a few apps with the same functionality but only require a one-time purchase.

Would be a great app if it stopped freezing
obrienb08

I downloaded this app yesterday after months of trying different habit tracking apps. I was so excited for the features included in this app and set up several habits to track, both through Apple Health and manually checking off. Today the app logged my sleep from Apple Health but I can not check anything else off. Every time I try to mark progress the app freezes and shuts down. I can no longer open the settings and I can’t open any of the individual habits to edit them. I am hopeful that these glitches are resolved because I am excited about the potential in this app, but in its present condition it is useless.

App Crashes when Upgrading to Premium
EnjoiRelyks

The app currently crashes when attempting to upgrade to premium on iOS 13.3. Some of the pre-built habits lack additional metric options. For example, if you select the pre-built “Running” habit it will only allow you to select a goal based on miles. If you want to track your running goals based on other metrics such as time duration or calories burned, then you’ll need to make a custom goal.

Bugs bugs bugs
desing911

This app is full of bugs. I was excited to use it and when I finally had a chance to do so I was amazed of the poor messaging and the amount of bugs I had to deal with. There is a lot of apps out there that do the same thing for FREE!!!!!

Cool, but...

Nice app and GUI. You lost me at the monthly subscription. I’ll stick with Streaks for their one time subscription fee.

Too expensive for an app that does too little
akshayas1986

I am a huge fan of their app Habitify. It has changed my life and I use it everyday. This app is quite the opposite. 6 bucks per month is very expensive. I pay monthly subscriptions for apps for GTD, Workout recommendation, diet, reading books etc. These apps provide a lot of value and charge far less than Nirow. Of all the activities I do everyday, Nirow can basically automatically track only running and workout. Given how much I use Habitify, I am optimistic about Nirow but at this point, I can’t recommend it.

Beautiful App
burchwords

This app is beautiful and the UI is clean. It doesn’t bother me like other apps. The developers really listen to the users.

Over-promised, under-delivered
Pullingmyhairhere

Promised 6 month trial, but given 1 month. I wanted to use this with my ŌURA ring which is pre-ordered and coming soon. I think this will be a great product in the future, but it wasn’t user friendly the one month I used it. I’m going back to habitify.
