I thoroughly enjoy using this app, incredibly intuitive, beautiful design, and easy to use! I only wish that the app wouldn’t crash between uses or would update via push without having to open the application. That being said, keep the updates coming and I’ll definitely be using this for the long haul!
I have had Nine on my android omg or over a year and email push worked flawlessly. Recently switched to an iPhone and I have noticed that not all emails are being pushed even though the folder they go to is set to sync and the account is set for Push (Auto) for sync schedule. At times I will open None because it is odd I didn’t get an email in a few hours and multiple emails in multiple folders as well as my main inbox will appear. I had purchased a license on Android however not sure it is worth the money on Apple if push is not reliable.
I was in search for a work app with additional functionality that Outlook mobile couldn’t do, but the other apps I tried kept spamming the shared email account. It was kind of embarrassing to say the least. But you don’t self promote with newsletters and junk so appreciated.
Used this regularly on my Android, had the “lifetime membership” that I paid my $15 for. Had to switch to iOS we’ll turns out my membership doesn’t transfer with me and if I want to continue using this I have to pay again. Company doesn’t see a problem with false advertising, this platform on iOS no longer allows you to add your gmail account and nothing syncs to g calendar. This app had a lot of potential, but is total crap now. Keep looking.
I tried to connect to my company email using activesync. Nine thinks for a couple of seconds then gives me error, email already registered but still nine is on config page. Nine is registered on owa mobile phones but nine is still unconfigured asking for it.
I have had some issues occurring where the email body is not displaying properly. The company has been working actively to resolve the issue. It has improved but still an issue. I appreciate companies who support their products and actively communicate with customers who report issues.
Just got fully paid version and now app keeps crashing every time I try to open an email. Very unreliable.
This is my favorite client for work as I had it on Android. Then I got an iPhone. The iOS version would get more stars if the push would actually work. I paid for this based on Android experience but this is unusable as I require notifications for new email and it just falls short. Yes I set it to run in the background and all that stuff. I’m in IT and have been for years so I’m extremely technical and know what’s up. Anyway, if you can fix the email push issue, I’m happy to revise my rating to 5 stars.
Well featured, but latest versions have been so slow and laggy in the interface that app is unusable. Often hangs and crashes. Going to have to abandon the app; uninstalling.
