I left tons of feedback messages on the mobile app and reported couple of problems but never got reply. Nobody cares about user experience, I guess. The app is not at all intuitive. It has zoomed view, which makes it even worse. I requested refund of my balance but no one responded. I would never suggest this app for anyone. Google hangouts is 100x better than this. You'll also get a dedicated number. Moreover, you can refund the unused amount yourself on the website.

#Can't send voice message. #Can't get any message instantly. #Can't get any pic from friend. What else should I expect from this app ??? Horrible Disgusting App. Messenger or Whatsapp working mostly good.
