Using The app to schedule trainers at me Karate School and everyone is loving it. Took me a second to get the hang of it but the support team was on the spot with help. So far no complaints

So far, no good. I had high hopes as the web version rocks. But this app crashes every time my employee tries to log in. Fix this and it's at least 4 stars.

Looks nice and UI is easy to navigate. Only drawback is that no schedule updates are actually saved. 9 out of 10 times you get the "server timed out" error screen. It literally took an hour of persistence to change one item. Would work great if it was more reliable.

just got this program at work and I downloaded the app.. It's great .. extremely user friendly .. has many options for tracking everything I need .. ????

As an employee using this only on my phone, I find the app to be a bit difficult to use. I'd like to be able to view my schedule as if it were an actual calendar. I'm not sure why that would be so difficult to model the display after any other calendar app. Also, since I have to give a user ID and password, it'd be nice if I could set up my own alerts instead of getting a text message and an email simultaneously. With no option to turn them off, this can get pretty irritating. It would also be great to view a list of days off that I requested.

This app does a good job at listing out schedules, but it should definitely have a calendar view rather than just a list. And PLEASE add the ability to export the schedule to the phone's calendar!
