Black screen of death

KJ4GUU

Nothing loads. Just a black screen. Love my camera. Hate the software.

App doesn’t open

Mr. Hughes12

How ridiculous a company like Nikon can’t get a solid app to work with my z7. Why!

Love it

Nikon has done a great job here of developing an app to hold and share photos. When combined with SnapBridge you don’t even have to separately upload the images; SnapBridge does it for you. All in all the app serves an important function for the casual photographer.

Essentially a garbage

brainedge

Nikon tried again to launch an app that is equally useless as their previous apps. The signup process is “out of the box “ as assigning country or time zone is not alphabetical but in terms of geographical location on the world map. Then comes a ‘confirmation’ step. I tried to pick images from my iPhone 6s to upload and it failed every time. Eventually, I gave up after several attempts and am considering to remove the app permanently. Nikon may make top quality camera but they have not even the basic idea of how to work the user experience on ANY of their apps.

Upload Errors

Dawg919

I’m Experiencing the same thing as Drew… I’m getting an error message whenever I’m trying to upload 20 or more photos. It would be nice if there was a phone number that I could call to speak with someone about the problem so it possibly could get resolved!

Ugly and dumb

This app is not pleasant to look at or use. It’s operation is highly unintuitive and confusing. Adobe’s Behance Display is much better on both counts.

Uploading problems

On iPhone 8 there’s a problem with uploading pictures. App shutdown and doesn’t work.

Crashes on iPad2

Techno-nut

The app loads fine, and can display existing photos in my account, but switching to "Upload" causes a crash as the app tries to build the Photo Album thumbnails. It gets about two or three displayed then crashes. The problem does not exist with this app on my iPod Touch 4G, nor do I have a problem using the older iPod version on my iPad2.

Can olny upload 1024x768 pictures!?

Desperadooo

I would give a 5-star if I can upload higher resolution pictures.
