The app freezes half way and keeps freezing. Least thing you want from a workout app

I began using this app in 2011 and I loved it but it started giving me issues a few months ago so I deleted the app from my iPhone and then downloaded it again. It still didn't work so I just stopped using it until yesterday. I wanted to give it another shot so I deleted it and the re-downloaded it. Now, when I launch the app it just keeps saying that there was an error and the only option it gives me is to "retry". I've had the same issue for two days and I've tried again and again and I've even deleted the app, again, to find that that it still doesn't work. I'm done. I deleted it and will not keep trying!!! Next!

I've been using this as a great way to get cardio in during the super hot summer months. The new app has more workouts that are pure cardio. I also really like the mobility workouts for active recovery or supplementing other workouts

Overall one of the best apps I have installed, but this would be even more useful with a watch app as well. I use this app 5 times a week and think the watch app would be useful when doing workouts in large open spaces. The most useful feature would be a "complete" button for rep-based workouts rather than having to come back to my phone and click the small complete check mark after sets.

I miss the old app. It used to be a lot more user friendly and had the approx. calories you'd burn. But the new version does have the planner that gives you workouts based on your goals, and I like that a lot.

I'm always skeptical about new updates because I loved the old app but I have been really impressed with the new format. The constantly moving instructional videos while you workout are extremely helpful I used to always have to pause and watch the videos one by one so it doesn't break up my workout as much now. I also really like the new format that the app uses to customize your workout. I noticed some negative reviews about the app stalling or crashing but haven't had any problems with that at all. Overall great and progressive update.

I have to agree with many reviews there's areas such as abs to which the app lacks. I've started a using this app cause Nike has it all so I thought.. It's great for beginners and does help with routine. Let's get some great abdominal work outs added (my main focus right now) and the app is superb!!

I love how it provides options based on target areas, equip available, time, intensity, etc. the new coach feature is nice to help you plan.
