Nihongo no Kana teaches you how to master quickly the 92 signes and their derivatives from the Hiragana and Katakana syllabaries, which are required basics to begin learning complexe japanese writing.
A very enjoyable app for me, it’s easy for me to organize and review all the Kana I’ve needed to work on, and the fact that it’s free learning is my favorite :) I say thank you, or “arigato”, to the developers and publisher :)
I downloaded this hoping to practice writing hiragana. There’s a menu item for writing practice, but when you tap it it says “Writing practice coming soon.” Since the app was last updated three years ago, I’m guessing “soon” means “never.” I suppose it’s still useful for learning the kana, but I’ve found other apps I like better for that.
I downloaded this to help me learn how to read Japanese, this has helped me a lot, Thank you ☺️.
This app is very helpful to learn katakana an hiragana. Learning one everyday. Hopefully it sticks. Thanks and awesome work.
Exactly what I was looking for. This app is simple and easy to use. It's helped me a lot.
I was actively using this app, but when I installed the update, it just comes up as a white screen. A great app, but this needs fixing right away.
The app is pretty nice although it would benefit from being able to select single kana. I use this app in conjunction with another one because in the other app you can choose from a selection, making it kind of a matching game. In this, app you can only write the Romani, which is great for a higher level learning scheme.
