This copies a lot of other games, except the controls are pretty random. They randomly don't work and then you lose value being subjected to the begging screens. As others have pointed out, completing the game gives you nothing but a waste of time and some anger directed at anti-malaria groups. I'm pretty sure the legitimate org's don't appreciate that. This leaves the question: is the beggar trying to work through this "game" legit? That's a good but unanswered question. In case of doubt, step away. Trying too hard, step away. No proper introduction before asking for donation, back off. Fooling around with an apparent "game": step away.
