The graphics are excellent, it is very user friendly, and there are so many options for viewing the planets, the moon, satellites, etc. Highly recommended if you are into the stars and sky.

I’m very pleased with this application. The colors and twinkling stars, galaxies and other celestial objects are a wonder to see. My girlfriend bought me a subscription to Astronomy magazine after witnessing my interest in the night sky. Now I can study what I read in real time. I love how my screen follows and identifies different celestial objects. I recently purchased a parabolic dish to bounce microwave signals off of the moon for my amateur radio hobby. This app will be very helpful in planning/timing of where to point my dish, while also enjoying the heavens. Thank you!
How does this app get any good reviews at all?

The UI is almost conppletely useless. Its almost impossible to select the intended object, because every time I tap on the object for more information, it selects a different nearby object! So I gotta rap ~5-10 times just to find the intended object again, and several times in that idiotic tapping “search” I get a pop-ups telling le to buy a sibscription. If had this app for months, and its always been a nightmare; over those months, I’d say 95% of my experiences have ended in disappointment and frustration. I thikl I was conned by al the editors awards into believing it was just me, but I have finally decided that it doesnt matter, my experience has been just awful. Uninstalling.
