these apps may slow down your iphone and will not work with future versions of ios,if they are not updated .if no update is available,contact the app developer for more information. good news is >>> no updates availble. now what? what should i do? anybody knowhow fix the problem or,best way get new fron diferent brent? thanks.

Updated iPhone software to 10.3.2. Now I cannot view my cameras. Everything worked fine before. If this does not get fixed soon I'll be forced to go buy a competitors dvr as I will not buy another from a company that does not support there equipment.

The phone app does not work at all now with my iPhone. You need to update as this is useless and I wasted a lot of money!

Can't even view my stores camera no matter where I am wi-fi or not. This is ridiculous. I just downloaded it but doesn't work.
Update the App or make the new one backward compatible!

This will not run on iOS11 and the newer app is not backward compatible with older NightOwl DVRs. How about changing the newer Night Owl HD app so it can view old DVR streams as well?
