Had a nightmare. Needed something so I wouldn't be scared to go to sleep in the dark. Timer is best part. Set it for an hour and by then I'm asleep. Works at keeping vampires away. No vampire dreams since I've used the app.

Pleasing and soothing when having trouble falling asleep especially if you are used to having background noise and lights, such as falling asleep with the TV on, as I often do. This is a nice replacement for the TV and far less of a distraction for my spouse than the TV is. I enjoy it so far!
