Controls in the center

Why are the controls in the center of the screen? I’ve attempted to drag down it to the side. Even when I rotate my camera they are centered in the way of my view.?
Not real night vision but still good

Although this app nor any other app have real night vision, it still does a good job giving replicating the real thing and you can see a lot more with the app than without. It’s also the best of the numerous other night vision apps. It’s got a clean and simple user face and offers cool features you won’t see on any of the other apps. Worth a download for sure.
