I can’t even open the app. When this game first came out I could play the game no problem. Now I can’t even get into the game.

I enjoy playing the game but my only biggest issue now is that I can get back into the game. I try to open it but it immediately closes and it doesn’t tell me why please help me with this issue so I can enjoy the game again
I spent over $400 in this game & I can’t even play it. Everytime I click on it it crashes.
