I have had the Sunday nfl ticket for 12 years. Once the app was introduced it was so much fun because when we had things to do on Sunday’s I could still watch the games no issues! This year every Sunday it says I am logged into the app on another device! I am the only one in my family that has the app! I am the only one that knows the password! It is only used on my phone! How can I be logged in when I am only logged in on device ever!! FIX IT!

“Sorry about the interruption. We’re addressing the problem ASAP.” This is the error message I get every time I’ve tried to log in on anything other than a PS4 since October. It’s a joke. And they won’t refund my money.

Each update is little to no effect on performance this latest one has taken away screen rotation from portrait to landscape .... sad... I guess they feel customers don’t want that ability .... this will be my last time over paying for what I can now get free via the web

Unable to watch games on the app when your out of town it keeps asking you to connect to your wifi being that the games are local so what if I'm not near a tv...pretty much over this

Paid over $160 for NFL Sunday ticket and cannot sign in to the app. Can’t believe how crappy Directv technology and service is. Call in for help and all you get is very nice people who have not been trained to address any problem that doesn’t involve restarting your system or app. Total waste of money.
They could care less about their customers

Several weeks of the season I could not watch my team because it said I was signed in on my phone. I wasn’t. Customer service reads from a script. Their script might as well say “hang up, we don’t care now that we have your money.” — that’s if you can find a phone number to call. What other choice do we have if we want to watch our out of market teams? None.

The app itself work perfect; never had a problem with it; however, why kay adams....UGH!!! I’d rather watch ESPN.......
Doesn’t fill the screen of the iPhone X

Needs to be full screen on the new iPhone X would be great! Please fix this the app is showing as if it is on an iPhone 6 To 6s Plus or earlier iPhones
