I love this tool! I can check up on my house and my dog while in line for coffee. Works great and has clear pictures.

Upon opening the app I was told to create an account, obtain a Nextview Key and plug this key into Settings on my phone. For more information I was directed to push the "Help" button for additional info. The only help was to explain briefly the function of the software. There is no location given to find the Nextview Key. I went to the Nextview website in an attempt to retrieve the Nextview key. There is no place on the webpage to obtain a key. The only purpose of this app is to get people to the Nextview camera and their monitoring system website! Very, very MISLEADING! The app page says that at an option you can integrate to an existing camera system which I took to mean I could use this software. Itunes store should NOT allow trash on the apps page. NEGATIVE STARS WOULD BE CORRECT RATING.

No sound???what the?

Camera works great but with no sound it is not truely a security device. I was getting sound with other cams and apps all day months ago. If there is no sound soon I will have to move on to another camera and company.

NextView was quick and easy to set up and works well. I can view my cams from any computer or iPhone. I recomend it to anyone that wants a survailence system but doesn't want to pay alot.

Works on and off, not reliable if you're depending on this for security. Works one day, next week a different story. And, you have to pay for this service.

Great simple app

App works as advertised. Much easier than calling in to the ABN to remote arm and disarm. Easy to setup. I don't have video cameras so this review really only concerns the basic alarm monitoring and remote arming / disarming. Reasons for missing 5 stars: 1. No push notification once remote arm / disarm was successful. 2. No arming options. It defaults to just doors and windows.

It never takes my mobile app key. I hit "done" and nothing ever happens. Tried on iPhone 5 and iPad mini. The only way I can get the access key entry to submit is if I use a 6 character key (gives me error about invalid key). Longer keys from the account cannot be submitted. PLEASE FIX!

As a NextAlarm subscriber I want to use this to monitor my alarms and remote arm/disarm. It worked 2 days ago for a day. Now even after a full iPhone off cycle it will not load. I get a white window for a second that instantly bombs out and quits. Would be great if reliable! iPhone 4S/OS 6
