Ads on a paid app = pure greed

Really developer? You add ads to a PAID app, but not iPhone 5 support? Then you ask me to pay the purchase price again to remove ads? Horrible and greedy. I wish I could give it zero stars. This app will be deleted as soon as I tap submit. For others reading this review, try iTransDC. The developer is super responsive (fixed an issue on the map within hours) and the UI is clean and beautiful.

I paid for this app and it has worked fine for 3 years, but I see now that it is time to move on... Latest update only said "fixes" but what it really did was add advertisements to an app I already PAID for, only to then try and charge me *another* 99¢ to remove them. And they didn't even add iPhone 5 support! No thanks. I will restore the older version from my iTunes backup until I find a good replacement app (looking into iTrans DC Metro). Shameful. Stay away from ANY developer who thinks it is okay to trick its customers with a bait & switch... What a disgrace!

There have been two or three updates since the new Metro maps were released and the map in this app STILL hasn't been updated. The "augment" feature is just plain stupid and utterly useless. The only worthwhile information the app provides can be gotten for free online and in other apps. What a waste.

This app used to be very helpful prior to the last update. I don't know what happened but I will have to move on and make one of their competitor's my new favorite.

I've been using this one for a few weeks now on an iPhone 5s. The times are really accurate, usually spot on to the normal DC Metro website AND the times listed on the Station boards. Once in a while, this app is a minute off. Literally one minute off, and that is only about 10% of the time. I have been comparing times for the last two weeks, and this app is really accurate. If you are the kind of person that cannot live knowing this app may be ONE minute off, then you need to re-evaluate your usage of the DC Metro system. Here is a solution for you - get to the Metro two minutes early.

App closes every time I select a line in the alerts section. Doesn't save favorite stations. Can I rate this zero stars? Fix please

In terms of accurately providing train schedules, this app works very well. When it comes to setting up notifications, however, the app fails and closes every time I select a line to provide notifications for, and my favorite lines do not save. Don't be lazy, fix this.
Where is the Silver Line?

This app looks like it would be very useful so I paid and downloaded it since I will be now taking the Silver Line. But I open it and NO SILVER line!!! When is that update coming?

This has been a great app overall, but to not add the Silver Line is absurd. Until they add it, the app is not worth downloading - especially paying for it. It also doesn't give you any info on busses.
