The function of seeing when the person you are talking to was last active on Next+ has been removed. Not a huge deal but also sucky bc I don’t know if the message has been read or not.
The last online removed

This last update removed the last online notice from under the persons name. It was a great feature and it was used to see if the person had been online to check my messages that I sent. Guess I’ll move to WhatsApp. I can do more there anyway.

After this last update the “last seen” under there name is gone!! That feature was great!!! Now that it’s gone, it has me looking for a new texting app. Bad move!!!
Bring Back Last Online!

I have used this app for several years now, and the main feature I loved most was that you could tell when someone had last been online. I have resisted updating for several months because I was told that feature went away unless you were in conversation mode. Now I see on the new version that it isn’t even on that screen anymore, and is now not working any longer in my old version either. Please bring that back!! It is important for a lot of people, and at least lets you know that a loved one traveling oversees is safe even if they don’t have time to text. So frustrating.

It's laggy to type and crashes every time I want to change my pic. Also I keep getting random calls from the same person. It's ok and I'll keep it for now.
Changing the name doesn’t change The Horrible, Misleading, ignoring all requests for help..

Do not waste your time with an app that is filled with nothing but ads, more ads and then even more ads you’re forced to watch, then be brought to the App Store after watching as if you want to buy something from their advertisers, just to earn a wee bit of Credit to go towards making calls with this so called “free” calling/texting app. Even that might be tolerable, or maybe it would be worth buying a plan from them if they ever returned emails when you were in need of “support” from them, but don’t expect a response, or even an acknowledgment of any kind if you need to ask them for help with something. They can’t even bother with a “sorry we can’t help you with this” & after a month and a half and 5 or 6 emails even so much and pleading for help, they haven’t even attempted to pretend to give a crap. Like I said, worst app ever. Even more horrible than the app is their “Support”. I’m happy to send proof to anyone who doesn’t believe it. I’ve never been so screwed over by an app, of any category, ever. Waste of energy, and time, and I’ve run out of patience, I don’t care to go out of my way to write bad reviews ever, I’d mostly say nothing at all but these people are pathetic and I must let them, and possible future App users, esp anyone who would buy anything from them. BEWARE.

Have had this app for years but I'm not sure why they decided to take off the best feature on there. Will proceed to use it again once they've returned the feature

I love this app I've been using it for years. I have I force touch compatible phone and a great update would be to force touch on the message on the lock screen to reply like with iMessage. When is nextplus one coming again?
