Maddening crashes

dodiad

This would be a good app if it didn’t crash after every third or fourth puzzle. The ads are also annoying.

Puzzlingly conservative slant

mattinseattle

Fun game, but I shouldn't be able to tell the developers' political leanings from the quotes they've chosen. If you like quotes about justifying war from George W. Bush, and quotes about (not kidding) waffles from Barack Obama, this app is for you. Really, really disappointing. Is it too much to ask for games that I enjoy during my free time to be politically neutral?

Good Game

prettymorning

This game is well designed and a lot of fun. The ads are a little annoying but not too invasive. The puzzles are very challenging, as they should be. It would be nice if the hints cost a little bit less.

iPhone YES / iPad NO

SpookiLexi

This is highly addictive. Now that it's on my iPhone, I am thoroughly enjoying it. I initially loaded it on my iPad, though, and I spent more time rebooting it than playing it. (The fact that I kept rebooting it and finally gave it a try on my phone reveals how addictive it is!) Also, it has a great little feature where you can save or text a completed quote. The pic it sends is a well-formatted quote, not the game page, which is kind of neat.

Fun and challenging

Good puzzles, mostly, some dubious choices

eekman

Mostly the puzzles are challenging and good. A few quotes are a bit too short and too challenging without hints. Some very odd choices for quotes though. The political issue has already been mentioned. Another area is DC (comics) -- way too many quotes from Watchmen and V. I like Alan Moore too but it seems like about half of the quotes are from 24 comics out of 80 years of publishing. Ugh.

Good game play, lacking important user settings

Puddlehopper

I like the mechanics of the game, and some quotes are much more challenging than others, but fun nonetheless. I do wish there were user settings to turn off the keyboard sounds without having to mute my whole phone. I also would very much like to be able to pay for an ad-free upgrade, especially since some ads are much longer than others and have loud sound.

Needs Some Work

Jill Hurley

This would be a great game if it showed you which letters you already changed, had the letters in all caps, and had the option of having no timer.

Fun

Love the game. Add more quotes please I have finished what's available.

Mistakes in quotes

W Scott

In the training pack the game says Neil Armstrong's quote was "This is one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind". In actuality he said "That's one small step for man, one giant a leap for mankind." If you're going to be making a game based on quotes at least get them correct.
