Lost clothes

Upon delivery half my clothes were missing. Has now been 6 weeks, have called 7 times and emailed 5 times. Unable to get refund for initial order, no one has offered a solution and no responses via email. Will not let me talk to laundromat that handled order or manager.
Stole my clothes!

They stole an expensive piece of clothing from me and customer service was rude and unresponsive, beware if you have valuable clothing!

I wanted so badly to love this service. But after 5 or 6 uses I just can’t bear it any more. Their home cleaning service charged me for cleanings that weren’t performed, and sent people to my apartment multiple times without my request, resulting in their maids crying about lost work. I felt so bad for them. The dry cleaning service is just as terrible. Scheduled pick ups are always rescheduled, drop offs are delayed by days, items are missing, and customer service is non-existent. Use at your own risk.

Did not pick up, made me drop off. Promised clothes next day, never delivered clothes nor any information about them. Thieves or fools? Neither is good
