Love the system and the app

Mediocre app. I only use it for thermostat. It works fine for setting temp remotely. Other than that it really can't do much else for the thermostat's many settings. My biggest annoyance is it shows a basic runtime chart showing how long the system runs during a given day. But it only shows 5 days of history... Why not a week/month/year view? All the data is there??

App crash on iPhone X

I have never been able to get this app to run on my iPhone X. It crashes every time. I have spoken with support who had me delete my FaceID with no success (and lots of work to reenable it). I have deleted and reinstalled this app no fewer than 30 times. I keep trying after every update. After numerous hours spent on this I find it extremely frustrating that it doesn’t work.

I use this app to control my Trane HVAC system. It works amazingly well. I can lay in bed and bump up the heat or program the entire week for the two systems in my home.
