Only 120 points allowed even if I only get 228 points and the other players get more than 1000 points. That’s not fair. Why is that? Wouldn’t you just change the game for me and everyone else to unlimited points until the player runs out of time except in zen mode? Please change Newton Multiplication to what I think it should be like.

I went to do my math this morning and the whole game was way different! I hate the new version! I am only 10 and I was hoping for the fun version !!! I give the new version a big thumbs down ??! I liked being able to pick how long I wanted to do it!

I really like the design and flow of the app. But HUGE PROBLEM, it can be buggy in very annoying ways. Sometimes when I spam the answer too quickly, it will mark me wrong. When the motivating popups appear, sometimes the math problem changes as I’m typing and causes me to get it wrong. When the timer runs out, the game keeps running for about half a second, making me think I entered the answer in time, when I did not. These issues make the app annoying to use. If they are fixed, then I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to practice multiplication.

So I rated this a 1 Star previously and stated why in my old review (below). The developer replied to me the very next morning with an answer to my issues...what a pleasant surprise. Turns out the the 3 minute countdown option is NOT gone but that the first time you play the new version you automatically have to play the 2 second version a couple of times before you see the other options. He did this for quicker onboarding of new players—but it was terribly confusing for existing players. And now you can now choose the timing you want—most excellent! Kudos to the developer for replying to a disgruntled user. I am now happy again. I would have given it 5 stars except for the way the new version first handles existing users—too confusing. OLDER REVIEW—downloaded the old version for my 9 year old to practice 3 days ago. T 2 second version is too hard for someone just learning, it would be great if adjustable. She did however really like the 3 minute countdown version and was really trying to better her numbers. When we saw the update we were excited and immediately updated and were so disappointed to find the 3 minute version now gone. My daughter was so bummed! Now this game will be deleted from my iPad. Next time please let us know what is going to happen in your updates!!!

Edited to update: The rest of the options did show up the next day. It’s a great tool to help my kids challenge themselves and even compete against each other! I just found this app and was excited to have different options to help my girls practice their multiplication facts. When I went to open it today, tho, we can only play the 3-second challenge, and that’s a little beyond my kiddos. Can you bring back the other challenge options please?

This game is fast paced, but at the same time very fun and addictive. I would recommend downloading this is you like a good challenge that makes you really have to think.

I didn't think I'd enjoy it, I said why would I want to play a math game but it's fun and I really enjoy it especially battling with my son whose in 2nd grade.
