App doesn't work at all.

Developers claim that this game is "optimized for iPhone 5". Well I am using an IPhone 5S with all updates, and the game does not work. When I open the app, the screen shows some lines and nothing else. I have deleted and reloaded it twice and still no change. I bought the full version of this game when it first came out. Obviously it worked then. I haven't used it in last couple of months, so I don't what happened.
