Finally a Refresh!!

The design is clean and crisp, but the UI could use some work. Having to scroll to the bottom to find a particular news section is a bit annoying. Would have preferred a sidebar accessible from a button in the top left or right. The weather section is perfectly simple with all the information I'm looking for and none of the technical nonsense I'm not. The persistent ad at the bottom of the screen is also quite annoying and taking up valuable screen space. Would love the ability to remove ads via a one time in-app purchase. Overall I give this app 3/5 stars. Lost 2 stars for no way to remove ads. Hope this review helps.

For the most part I had given up on using the News Journal's app, and went back to the traditional method of reading my morning paper. Then, without any fanfare this much needed app appeared. Thank you News Journal, the new app is near perfect.

Great app love love love, first app I use in the morning and last app I use at night just wish I could add comments on to these articles, that would be amazing that's the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5

The app was better before. Prefer reading in standard newspaper mode in digital app. And it was free!

Fantastic app, great local news. Check it first thing in the morning and all throughout the day. Love it!!
