App is great when it works properly

For the past week or two the app occasionally locks up when I access it thru Facebook and won’t let me close it out. The only way to unlock it and access facebook is to restart my phone. This is the only app this is happening with. I like channel 9, but this is really annoying so I’ve had to use the other news channel apps. Please fix this so I can use channel 9 again.
Feed stops updating.

For the second time in about 6 weeks, my feed from this app wont update. The last time this happened, I had to uninstall the app, wait a few days and re-install it. It worked for a few weeks and now it won’t update again. Today is the 25th and it hasn’t updated for 10 days. The stories are all from the 15th.
Seriously, change the weather graphics back

The background stuff you have on the weather graphics now makes it impossible to read and even better, change it back to it is in the video so we aren’t searching everywhere to see how windy it will be in a given day!!!
Notifications: Unable to find articles

I signed up for News 9 notifications and I’m having issues locating the articles suggested. Once I tap onto a specific alert, it takes me to the main page and not directly to the article. Can this issue be fixed soon?

Eveytime I get a notification I click on it...it take 3 min to see article or video because of 3 min of commercials I can handle a little bit but 3 full commercials is a bit much

This app is lousy. The breaking news notifications are good but when you click to the main app the breaking news is not there - only stories that have run for 2-3 days, same news you saw yesterday and day before. Extremely disappointing app.

I love news 9 but there are times you can’t watch it your phone. I’m taking a wild guess, I think there’s a switch you have to turn on for the news when it’s on and a lot of times it doesn’t get turned on. Let’s get efficient on making sure it’s turned on. I know there were times when the noon news would go off and I could watch what was afterwards but then immediately before the noon news was getting ready to go off air it goes dead on the phone. So there is some kind of switch or button to turn it on and off.

Love the television news and watch all the time. But hate, can’t stand the fact that those stupid annoying video commercials don’t have a mute button since it can’t be closed out. I could care less about buying a new car of furniture. PUT A D*** MUTE BUTTON ON THERE!!!

Not a big fan of the media company which owns KOCO channel 5 so I downloaded this one. Unfortunately this channel is more negative leaning and the layout feels cluttered. Would recommend for those curious of what terrible things are happening in the area. Personally I going back to KOCO
