No VO accessibility

With the Netflix apps on both iOS and tvOS making discovering new additions rather difficult, I was excited to find an app which could provide this information. Unfortunately, while this app might offer most users a valuable resource for Netflix’s streaming offerings, it is completely inaccessible for voiceover users.
What am I missing

This app doesn’t do anything except take up real estate space on my desktop. When I click on it, nothing.
