Can't wait for the update so I can start earning for more Mets gear! Question: Where is the NY Giants edition??? There are no NY football team apps at all :(

At first I loved this app, used it daily, received several rewards (about 1-3 a month) and was very pleased. The company was bought out and the new owners are terrible. Immediately, they made it extremely difficult to earn points. The prizes were always out of stock/unavailable. They dropped a lot of the prizes and limited the offers substantially. They still used the same supplier (fanatics.com), so at least the prizes were still decent and not just merchandise advertising their app. They raised the "cost" of items in point value and lowered the amount of points completing activities were worth. They lowered the daily maximum points. But...then I had trouble redeeming rewards, so I contacted their help desk. I was told "the company that mails prizes can no longer fulfill orders to my address, but gift cards still worked, anything else we could help with?" Then my account was disabled, and now for over a month I've been contacting the help desk asking for help...they mark it as resolved and closed it, I reopened the request by commenting to ask how it was resolved when no one replied to help me, they marked it resolved a second time. Don't waste your time/get your hopes up. Not worth the data and memory it will use on your phone.

This app was ok at first and gives you the free gear but then they decide to stop giving it to you or as they say "our vendor decided to stop shipping to you"
