I click on it and the screen goes black For a few seconds as if it was going to open but it just goes back!

Simple, free, countdown app for the new year

This app is really basic, but does what it claims. It has a basic countdown clock for new years. Behind this are some animated effects that seem to toggle on shake and react to touching (I used it on iPhone). The effects are actually kind of fun to mess around with. One of the best parts is that it is free.
